The Client is an Australian Federal Government Department. 

Engagement Drivers: 

The Client looked to optimise efficiency and accuracy across a number of processes by automating them leveraging the UiPath RPA platform. The processes support client engagement, helping to streamline assessment and appointment booking processes for the Department’s clients. Many of these processes can be highly complex and involve a number of business rules.


Intelligent Pathways was engaged to undertake the development of the first round of RPA processes under the Department’s new automation program. This involved building best practice delivery methods, providing advice on the building of best practice process design documentation and test practices. Our RPA developers worked with a multi-disciplinary team including the client and other third party staff.


The Department now benefits from higher staff capacity due to the elimination of double entry of report writing, and reduced administration around appointment validation and booking.
