Intelligent Pathways has worked across multiple domains in the university sector, on initiatives that support the necessary shift from Student/ University to Customer/ Business relationships. We have learned that a gradual but holistic approach is needed to transform heavily interdependent systems and processes; this is a result of the diverse range and large quantity of customer interactions over their lifecycle. Providing consistent, personalised customer experience in hybrid learning environments requires strong channel experiences supported by digital efficiencies in services provision and business processes.
Intelligent Pathways has extensive experience in building technology capabilities to enable digital initiatives at universities, including API-led integration, Business Process Automation (BPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Our work has underpinned key initiatives such as self service student administration, streamlined staff operations, automated compliance and the modernisation of core business systems such as Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll.

Digital Transformation Program
Establishment of a digital business platform to support student experience and internal process automation initiatives; key technology capabilities include:

Large Australian University
Development of documentation deliverables to assist in the design of an Integration Management Office. The engagement was split into three areas:
- Governance model
- Maturity model
- Assessment of maturity level, roadmap and implementation plan
Australian Research University
Integration Capability Review
Intelligent Pathways was engaged to understand the University’s integration capability prior to releasing a tender to procure an API integration platform.
Our work included integration requirement documentation, technology assessment, development of a Governance Framework and a Resource Model.
