Craig is an experienced IT professional with extensive industry experience. His strengths include the ability to understand business requirements, evaluate risks, articulate vision and define roadmaps. Craig is equipped with thorough knowledge of ITIL processes and delivery methods including the implementation of Critical Incident Management processes, organisational change management within the service desk and customer support space as well as the Management of Service Level and Operational Level agreements. Craig is also experienced in the management of 3rd party vendors and building successful business partnerships in order to strengthen IT processes, infrastructure/system investments and capacities.
