The first addresses the technical foundation — upgrading core platform components, improving performance, security, maintainability and reliability, with AI accelerating what has traditionally been slow and expensive work. The second stream builds on that foundation to reimagine what the application enables — rethinking the underlying processes, services and experiences it supports, not just the technology it runs on.
