Airline crew management software
Cabin and Ground Crew Airline Management Software
Jetstream gives airlines rapid guest recognition, fast customer recovery and electronic operational reporting in the air and on the ground.
Solutions
Streamlined Systems
Jetstream has six core areas of functionality that connect via the ground server to selected airline systems to support individualized passenger engagement and drive operational efficiency.
Forms
Enables crew and staff to gather and share data on their mobile devices. Completed forms are then submitted back to the airline for fast, efficient reporting on issues such as cabin defects, crew performance and passenger export.
Cabin
Integrates data from airline CRM, reservations, departures, operations and crew systems for guest recognition and service recovery, capturing passenger preferences and feedback in the air.
Ground
Provides airport ground staff with real-time passenger information at the lounge, check-in or gate, and lets staff input data that’s passed through to cabin crew.
Content
Provides access to electronic flight context-aware documents, manuals and other files.
Notifications
Enables flight context-aware messaging between cabin crew, ground staff and head office.
Console
Centralised management and configuration aligned to your operations.

Jetstream FAQs
Yes, Jetstream is fully operational offline. Data is synchronised with the Jetstream Cloud services and your airline systems once the device is back online.
Jetstream integrates with Microsoft Active Directory LDAP for Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing your team to retain their corporate credentials while centralising identity management. This reduces the complexity of managing multiple accounts and enhances security across the airline’s operations. Permissions and user groups are controlled through a dedicated web console, providing granular control.
Jetstream offers flexible deployment options tailored to your operational requirements — via your airline’s Enterprise account and MDM provider for direct control, or through the Apple App Store for broader accessibility.
Jetstream is designed for seamless integration with your airline’s core systems, including:
- DCS: for comprehensive Flight and Passenger data management.
- Crew Systems: for efficient roster and flight crew management.
- Multiple integration methods (web services API, CSV, SFTP, email) supported for flexibility and compatibility.
Jetstream empowers your crew with detailed passenger management tools, including:
- Seat Map: demographics, loyalty status, and service requirements.
- Passenger List: comprehensive data organised by seating and cabin zones.
- Advanced Filtering and Search: to quickly identify high-value passengers, special needs, and other requirements.
- Passenger Profiles: a holistic view including loyalty info, connections, and service preferences.
Crew Worksheet: a dynamic planning tool allowing pre-flight crew duty assignments and in-flight role optimisation, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.
Jetstream lets you create and manage push notifications to crew members — targeting users, groups, flights, and more, with API integration to external systems. Often used for aircraft technical issues, procedural changes, or port-specific memos.
Yes — form integration via Web Service REST API for raw data delivery and SFTP for PDF delivery. Forms can be filled out on demand by crew or initiated by airline systems, and auto-emailed to the submitter plus up to five additional recipients.
Forms in Jetstream are flight-centric — associated with specific flights. Submitted PDFs can be delivered to crew on subsequent multi-leg flights to assist with handovers.
Precise control over flight-related content, associated with specific aircraft, routes, or flight numbers, supporting PDFs, DOCs, XLS, and images.
A structured process designed to minimise disruption. When no significant enhancements are needed, planning to full production is typically delivered within a 12-week period.
