The solution has three applications: 

• Expert Approval Application – allows clients to submit travel requests and supports approval workflow based on policies and budget (desktop and mobile) 
• Administration Application – allows clients to manage their policies and budget and generate reports (desktop only) 
• Support Application – allows the company’s tech team to provide Level 1 support to their clients (desktop only)
