Through our experience in various areas of the construction and property services sectors, we understand that the industry operates on complex and interdependent, and sometimes vertically integrated supply chains. For well established organisations, operations are driven by sophisticated and often legacy ERP systems. To achieve strong supply chain integration or facilitate joint-venture arrangements, we have learned that maintaining the centrality of these systems is critical.
As these organisations modernise through the adoption of domain specific ERPs such as HCM SaaS, there are also complex integration requirements. In these scenarios we have applied abstraction principles to deliver seamless integration flows (see our case study on Thiess). An adaptive ecosystem is required to accommodate the multiple integration patterns needed to service the different domains and use cases.
The construction and property services industries are also driven by highly structured operational workflows and decision-making processes for cost control and legislative compliance. These processes present significant opportunities for applying automation and artificial intelligence for efficiency gain and competitive advantage (see our case study on a Property and Infrastructure Group).

Intelligent Pathways was engaged to work with the Client on their API integration strategy to support the global roll out of a native cloud Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform was recommended and selected as the iPaaS solution. Intelligent Pathways developed an integration reference architecture that incorporates MuleSoft’s best practices tailored to the Client’s environment.
Thiess wanted to enhance their centralised Oracle ERP-based IT environment to facilitate greater business agility, provide better services to internal users and expedite time to delivery.
Thiess engaged Intelligent Pathways to enable SOA-based systems integration and automate business process capabilities. Intelligent Pathways has subsequently worked with Thiess on a number of successful integration projects.
Intelligent Pathways was engaged to provide advice and guidance on process automation to streamline the Client’s payroll process. After gathering requirements of the business users and mapping the end-to-end Payroll function, Intelligent Pathways defined a solution architecture that integrates CHRIS21 with the Oracle E-Business Suite on a service-oriented architecture (SOA) platform.
