Angela has over 20 years’ experience working in application implementations, business analysis and project management across the private and government sectors. As a core member of the IP team for over a decade, Angela has worked on a wide variety of projects large and small. Angela is responsible for the successful delivery of national technical projects and specialises in gathering business requirements and applying them to system solutions. Angela has exceptional attention to detail and focuses heavily on quality assurance to ensure client expectations are met on every project she works on.

Why do you like working for IP?
Although I have been working for IP for a long time, there has never been two days the same. The challenges may not be the same as they were 10 years ago, but I have been really fortunate to consistently work with great people and clients – a number of the people for quite a long time!
Most interesting project?
One standout was a small engagement to look at the process of creating a menu and companion wines on airline flights. This was so interesting to understand the process, the challenges of sourcing food from across the globe to get a consistent meal served on all flights, and all the steps in preparing this 18 month process.
On another project there was a day spent with paramedics to understand their world and how they used their existing application, before it was replaced by an iPad. Sitting with the paramedics really showed me how their job serves the community and saves lives.
