Tina joined the team in 2019 and is responsible for managing all things people and overseeing the human resources function nationally. 

Tina’s human resources career has spanned multiple industries across 4 countries. She specialises in project management, change communication, strategic sourcing, employer branding, employee relations and employee experience. 

Why do you like working for IP?

I felt very comfortable and fit in well with the team from day one. The business has a great respect for HR and the team are always engaged with new initiatives. It’s great to be part of a diverse team working on solving business challenges through technology.

What is your way of working/quote?

I believe happy employees are productive employees. A culture allowing for flexibility, trust and autonomy whilst keeping employees engaged through new challenges is key. People are a company’s greatest resource and we need to treat them well!

Most interesting project?

The biggest, and most impactful project I have worked on was implementing a new HRIS. This SaaS system has completely transformed the HR function creating efficiency through automation and ultimately reduced my role (which is a good thing!). I find it interesting using a piece of software that is highly functional and continually evolving in line with customer needs.
