Gary Crosby

Position:
Founder and Lead Architect

Gary has over 20 years IT design and development experience including 7 years with Hewlett Packard (in Australia, US, UK and India). He has a strong background in solution architecture and is able to expertly match business process requirements in complex environments to the practical application of integration technology.

Gary founded Intelligent Pathways in 2003 with a vision to solve business problems in new ways with leading edge technology. He has spent the last 8 years working across a range of sectors including aviation, environmental management, fleet, construction and education to introduce technical solutions that improve processes and allow organisations to be more flexible and agile in today’s changing business environment. Gary was recently awarded the Oracle Technical Champion for Australia & New Zealand.

Peter Robertson

Position:
Chief Executive Officer

Peter joined Intelligent Pathways in 2006 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2009. During this time Peter has been instrumental in the growth and diversification of Intelligent Pathways’ service and product offerings and the Company’s geographical expansion throughout Australia.

Peter has a strong background in Business Relations and Marketing and has over 15 years experience working across the private and government sectors. As CEO for Intelligent Pathways, Peter’s key responsibility is around driving new business opportunities. He has built a strong leadership team and recently re-engineered the Company’s organisation structure to ensure agility for further growth and expansion.

Martin Smith

Position:
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Product Manager

Martin has over 15 years experience working in the accounting and product management fields. He has worked extensively in both Australia and the UK and has been employed by companies in the mining, psychometric and technology industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Martin is responsible for the financial management and strategic planning for Intelligent Pathways. Martin also oversees the lifecycle of Intelligent Pathways’ products in his role as Senior Product Manager.

Simon McCabe

Position:
Business Relations Director

As Business Relations Director, Simon is responsible for Sales & Marketing, Product Strategy, Account Management and Partnerships. Simon has over 18 years of Business Development experience across a range of sectors including food, carbon and technology. Simon’s core expertise is in educating and communicating to the corporate sector on the risks and opportunities from new market dynamics.

Angela Johnson

Position:
QLD Services Manager

Angela is responsible for the day-to-day management of consulting and delivery services in Brisbane. Angela has over 15 years experience working as a business consultant across various industries and Government. Angela specialises in capturing business requirements, business process mapping using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN) standard and process re-engineering. Angela has also worked across all phases of project implementation including systems implementations, test scripts and developing technical documentation.

Aaron Blishen

Position:
NSW Services Manager

Aaron is responsible for the day-to-day management of consulting and delivery services in Sydney. Aaron has over 9 years experience in IT design and development. He specialises in solution architecture, implementation of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and has in depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Middleware platform. Aaron has lead a number of key projects for Intelligent Pathways including the enhancement of an Australian University’s core administration system with real time integration capability and solution architecture and SOA implementation for a global healthcare manufacturer.

Brett Parslow

Position:
Head of Enterprise Mobility

Brett is a Senior Consultant with over 16 years experience across a range of industries including government, fleet and aviation. He is an experienced solution architect having led projects such as mobile booking and check in systems for a large Australian airline. Brett specialises in the design and implementation of service-oriented architecture and mobile enabled solutions, he is currently heading up Intelligent Pathways’ Enterprise Mobile division. Brett has most recently worked on an enterprise mobile application for the aviation industry and a project around sales force automation for Blackberry.
